Disgusting, would NOT recommend. Absolutely 0 business acumen & customer service skills from JB ‘Quality’ Cars. We went to view a mini one day to ask to return the next for a second viewing. We were NOT encouraged to leave a deposit on the first viewing and verbally told ‘it won’t sell don’t worry’. Also assured that should anybody arrive and show interest in the car, we would be phoned. We returned the next day, after ringing (with no answer) multiple times to be told that someone had arrived to purchase the car and had gone to get the deposit. We were left to look around the car for 20+ minutes with no implication that the sale was no longer possible. The other buyer then arrived and we were told that despite our offer being agreed the day before, a ‘better’ one was now on the table so ours was not possible. Fully understand the idea of business but to be spoken to in a careless, rude manner for the sake of £200 says a lot about this business. The owner did not apologise once. Atrocious attitude and personal skills, would discourage anybody from dealing with this company.

Wasn't going to leave a review as its bitter sweet but I thought Its better to show the good and bad and be honest. So I bought a car from jb quality cars a few weeks ago. A very nice well presented car with low miles low owner history and full service history. I was very happy with the car and left a review saying so. Fast forward to 3 weeks and I noticed a slight problem with the clutch pedal not releasing properly when changing gear. Now at first I was angry and frustrated and contacted jb explaining my issues but credit to jordan he explained to me bring the car in and we'll sort you out with either repairs or a refund . So the same day I drove up they inspected the car and within 10 mins I was given a refund and left feeling satisfied. So although I experienced a problem they sorted me out same day no hassle so I'd like to thank Jordan for his professionalism and also for remaining calm and respectful even when I wasn't. And to any potential customers reading this I would still highly recommend jb quality cars I still can't fault them because even when it did go wrong they made it right for me . Gutted about the car but I didn't lose a penny really . Cheers Dave
