I did a click and collect which was at best a fiasco. My original order was lost or stolen depending on who you were talking to about it. Got sorted in the end the shop staff were very helpful and customer service did there bit

Called in looking for shoes for grandkids place was dirty staff looked like they all had hangover and couldn't be bothered looking at you never mind ask if u needed any help. We walked out and went to sports direct instead .

The staffs are really friendly and helpful, they always ask if the customers need help. However like every other shop getting anything from "the back" or the store room takes a while just to check if the item of your size is there. Overall really good and friendly environment

Wouldn’t even give them a 1start to be honest. Came in for a pair of trainers ordered on the kios. Had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come back out and say they can’t find them. Then watched 2 colleges curse each other out on the shop floor about exactly why they can’t find my stuff “nobody ever sorts out the back. Everything is everywhere” and I’m standing there watching. Then to be passed around to 3 other colleagues to hunt down my trainers. By this time I’m getting worried because I have another pair of trainers that is still to arrive at the store. Anyway came back at 3.30 and the had found them. Second pair that I’d ordered hasn’t arrived to store (I’m seeing on my tracking and we are on the day it said it would be there by) it’s around 2pm so clearly no more delivery is coming for that day. Go to the store and ask them about my trainers. Only for one guy to say oh they’ve been here sorry we just haven’t processed it. WHAT!!!! So you mean to tell me if I didn’t enquire about my second pair of trainers processing them just would have been left until whenever? Worst store with employees that need to get a grip and be professional!!!!!

I have just been to jd shop in spindles oldham ..waited 20 mins or more for trainer to be brought down then another 20 mins at til.point ..to be told they couldn't sell them to me because they couldn't scan the barcode on the box ..why couldn't they scan baroda inside the trainers also told they must sti k for this shop how come when I got them off the shelf and the other trainer was upstairs im not impressed ..iv just tried to phone the shop to complain no answer ..I'd really like to take this further
