I came into the store as a tag had been left on my item at another JD. The shop assistant did not say a word to me she never apologised to me. The tag left a hole in the garment, this garment was part of a set which cost £60. Obviously I wanted to change it for one with out a hole in…. The shop assistant had to ask her manager… the manager was extremely rude and said that I have to go back to the previous store in order to do this as they are the ones who made the mistake not their store, she also said to me that the shop assistant did not need to apologise about the tag being left on as it was the other shops mistake. This woman’s (the managers) attitude towards me my mother and child was beyond disgraceful.

Visited here today to buy something and the person on the roll was really blunt and rude, told me ‘student discount does not work here’ without any explanation. Won’t be returning, will order directly from Nike next time
