Had an amazing facial with Jodie last week, my skin felt so clean and fresh afterwards. Felt really relaxed after it. The neck and shoulder massage was unreal. This was such a treat. Cannot wait to book further treatments. Highly recommend. Also had some facial waxing with Helen this afternoon, she was very thorough. The process was pain free, skin feels lovely and smooth. Lovely girls and salon. I’m in the hair and beauty industry myself and always recommended the salon to my clients for beauty treatments. Thanks a million!

I’ve been going to jems for 9 years and I am obsessed! I have everything fine there from pedicures, lash tint, threading and tans. My microblading is insane, the results are amazing! However today I treated myself to a massage with Jodie and it was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The woman has serious talents I came away feeling like a new woman! The girls are all sweet and caring and hilarious, proper family atmosphere everytime I go in (which is a lot). Hands down best place for any beauty needs!

Went in for a laser hair removal test. great explanation of the procedures and after care.all booked in for my first session. Whilst there and waiting they very kindly fitted me in for an eyebrow wax. Can’t fault the friendliness and service, get yourselves booked in.

I really want to thank the team for their advice and treatment particularly since I missed two appointments unlike me and they gave me a free skincare assessment on the machine advised the mesotherapy and I had the first treatment today. Plus they very kindly included a manicure and painting nails in advance of other treatments I have booked for my daughters wedding in April. They were more than understanding about my failed appointments , went out of their way to fit me in despite this and offered the free manicure whilst I had the mesotherapy. So I am delighted by and enjoyed my experience there today.thankyou very much x
