I had three jobs done by JLR and am extremely happy with all their work and customer service. The 6ft double wooden gates Chris(the joiner) made and fitted are superb, the large bookshelf he made has significantly changed the look of our front room as has the perfect job he has done pannelling a main wall. Chris took care and time to do a really good job and is very friendly and polite. The cost of the work was very reasonable and I have already asked for more quotes re further jobs that need doing.

Had Jack around today to fit 2 doors and adjust another. Excellent service. Communication was clear and quick and to the point. Joiner came well prepared with shoe covers to protect our new carpets. Friendly and explained clearly what issues were and how he was solving them. Consulted us on the direction to go to get around issues with wonky angles. Job completed promptly and cleanly and friendly throughout. No cost overruns. Overall 100% would recommend and use again. Thanks:

Quite surprised to see the 5 star reviews, to be honest. We had an awful experience. One of the chaps who came was very rude and rigid. Jobs included putting up hooks and curtain rods. Not done to a satisfactory standard. Already coming off. Asked for a floor trim to be applied. They cracked a tile in the process. Amateurs. Total waste of money.

Brilliant service given by JLR Joinery from start to finish. Jack came to view and estimate the work needed doing, which was 9 internal doors and a small cupboard door. Within a day or two the price was emailed to us and work started quickly. We couldn't be more pleased with the fine workmanship of Rob, a very hardworking, tidy and precise worker. Our frames, floor and walls aren't the straitest to start off with, but Rob's expertise in wordwork meant it was no task to give a very professional finish. We are so pleased with it and are booking them again.

I Spoke to Suzanne in the office when I first called the company.A very polite and Helpful lady.She arranged a day with the joiner and a time convenient for us.Robert arrived punctually on the Thursday morning,he worked efficiently and quickly.He took a very short lunch break.He brought a vacuum cleaner and cleaned up as he was working.He has done a superb job with our new doors,they look fantastic.I would highly recommend this business.The work took a number of hours and the price they charged was very reasonable.My husband and myself are very pleased.We have asked Robert to return next month to to fit our new Solid wood dining room floor.Thank you very much.
