Went to collect a parcel which was delivered there for convenience to be told he wouldn’t serve me as it was between specific times. I advised that’s not a convenient service being offered as suggested by the yodel service. The shop wasn’t busy, I had waited for the customer in front to be served while he was telling me about times he could serve a lady come to the till who he served first. If he had served me I’d have been in and out before she got to the till. RUDE STAFF AND UNINVITING STORE. I will not be returning.

I dropped off a parcel here today and the man was very rude. Grabbed the parcel out of my hand and threw it on the floor! Really not happy with this service at all. I only dropped off my DHL parcel at this shop as it was after work and everywhere else was closed. You should respect others belongings! Why does this man work there with that sort of behaviour towards customers?

There is one particular member of staff, a man, who is consistently rude and unhelpful. Trying to drop off a parcel here is near impossible and he offers zero help with the situation - if he can't print the label then it's your fault. If you don't want to help customers, don't work in a shop. I actively avoid this store now because I've never had a pleasant experience.
