When I asked a couple more questions around the MOT he seemed very rude over the phone so decided against booking in. Mark and Josh always explain clearly any work carried out and advise on any potential problems to be aware of.
I have used their services for several years now. I usually buy a higher mileage used car at 3 to 4 years old and run it for around 3 years adding 70k miles or so.
Clearly, they are car enthusiasts. I find them to be very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly trustworthy.
