They couldn't do enough for us, they smashed the completion with loads of time to spare, they even hurried the other side in to progressing the claim and the vendor couldn't thank them enough as well as ourselves! they were consummate professionals throughout and their customer service is second to none. I would not recommend this company not even to my worst enemy! Poor communication and much slower than I would have expected. Each person I spoke or emailed to had a different excuse (same as someone in this review page)! They have been blaming COVID for past 2 years! All we wanted was to get our property deeds! After several attempts following the purchase of our house (we used them as our lawyers) and chase several time to get our property deeds I gave up! The 1 week ago (this is after 2 years we have purchased the house) I tried again and finally 3 emails later we got it! It took 2 years to get our Deeds! Seems meanwhile 2 member of staff we had contacts with have left and no wonder! This is the worst company and lawyers I have ever delts with! Avoid them!
P.s. The accounting team even got out final ''deposit payment'' to them wrong! We spotted the error on the day of the exchange and they said we were wrong! After few hours they asked more money as they realised they did their math wrong! No laying here! Stay away people!Tuesday 1st March 2022
