Brought a car from them and had it for 2 weeks and it was faulty. I took it to an independent garage who said it wasn’t safe to drive and said the work that was needed to make it road worthy exceeded the cost of the car. I contacted K Kars and they said they would refund me once they had the car and log book. They collected the car and the log book was posted tracked with Royal Mail. This was lost however when I tried to request a new log book DVLA said it was no longer registered in my name. k Kar refused to give me a refund and had the car. It took me over 12 months to get my refund and that was from the bank. Poor customer service. I did report them to AA as they are an AA approved dealer but they didn’t really care.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. Paid a deposit on a Fiat 500l that was shown on Autotrader, no where did the description state it was a CAT N write off. When I asked about the car to pay the deposit, he assured me that it's fine, free from any history. Then I find out myself. I asked for a full refund under the consumer right act under section 75, and I'm still waiting, he's blocked my number and will not answer. He apologized stating it slipped his mind as he has been dealing with the death of his father. Which I forgave, he still assured me of the refund. Yet nothing still. Trade and standards are now involved thankfully and will be picking his company apart slice by slice. Do not deal with this crook. K from kkars is just a charmer to get your money, but sells faulty cars.

I bought a car from them that was faulty, the owner assured me that if I left the car, I would get half the cost for repair. I did not get anything and now, when the 3-month warranty has passed, the engine fell apart despite the seller's assurances that it was in very good condition, the timing chain was supposed to be new and when it broke and the mechanic took it apart, it turned out that it was original from 2012. No contact from the owner, I'm just going to talk to a lawyer and there will be a case for reimbursement

Please no one buy a car from K KAR SALES I bought a car from them in February, the mot was done the day I bought it 13th February ( I was told on the 12th it had passed) I was told there was no problems with the car and any advisories from the mot last year had been done ( the drivers and passenger side front tyres And the passenger side suspension arm ball joint) I drove the car for a day an it sat on the drive way for a week waiting for them to fix it the broken bonnet lock and the heaters. In that time I had to get a new tyre on the passenger front side. When they were fitting the tyre he said the tyre was below the legal limit an it shouldn’t of passed its mot. I had my suspicions that the mot had been fiddled but I just thought it’s been a one of miss. I took the car for a full service because as it was due the service and there had been a rattling sound coming from it. and the two advisories from last years mot have come up even though they didn’t come up on this years mot. The suspension arm ball joint down as the urgent repair and i was told it needs to be done ASAP as the wheel could come off while I’m driving if it breaks. Straight away I got on to k kar sales again with still being in my three month warranty. They told me they would be in contact on the Wednesday to tell me if they can come and fix it on the Thursday or Friday an now won’t answer any of my calls. I am now left on with a list of repairs that should of been done before it had its mot on February 13th to now I believe the mot is fake so god knows what else is wrong with it Whatever you do never buy a car from these people the cars aren’t road safe. All the other reviews show I’m not the only one in this position.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars they sold me a car that was so faulty it wasn't road legal, I noticed the problems within a week of having the car and tried getting in contact with the garage to get it fixed. It took them 3 months to do anything but they only did something as we had to get in touch with the AA as luckily the car had a warranty with them. They said they would get the car fixed but by this time I had enough of waiting so I then rejected the car. It has been almost 4 weeks since they have taken the car back and I am still waiting for my refund. They have terrible customer service as I have tried to call all day today and have yet to receive a phone call back. I have tried calling about updates of receiving a refund and I get my boss will give you a call or we will update you. One lady even said she was working from home I believe to avoid dealing with me as I could hear a car/motorbike revving in the background. I would tell everyone that thinks about buying a car from here to avoid it with a 10 foot barge pole as I am still waiting for my money and have been inconvenienced for almost 6 weeks as I was told I couldn't drive the car before I gave it back, and I need my car to get to and from work.
