I have a great ability to see the customer journey in every form of marketing – I live for it !! I see it walking down the street from branding to websites, billboards to emails. Is it aligned? Will it reach the audience? Is it helping the business grow? And most importantly WILL IT CONVERT!!

That’s how my mind works.

I also have a real grasp on the balance needed for great branding alongside commercial messaging and I understand the need for both (yes, you heard me right – BOTH!!!)

Before I set up Katie Rico I worked in campaign and brand management roles for over 15 years in the travel industry!

But with the mix of COVID, redundancy and baby number 2 on the way, it was time to step away from the corporate world. So, in 2021 (with a 3-month-old #glutton #punishment) I decided to go it alone and offer my years of expertise to business owners. I took on my first client and one recommendation led to another and the rest is history as they say!
