Following a non-fault accident on 13/02 my car was taken in for repair with KC Autos on 14/02. Due to one part being on back order with Peugeot, I didn't receive my car back from KC Autos until 31/03 which was out of the garages control. There was a miscommunication at the garage as I had asked for my car to be fully checked over once all repairs were completed in consideration of how long (6 weeks) the car was sat stationary. This unfortunately wasn't done, but once I flagged this as an issue, the garage was quick to invite me to bring my car back for these checks to be completed.

KC Autos did a great job of repairing my car after a collision. I thought it was a write off, but after 2 weeks it was like new again. Very nice people to deal with too.

So my car got sent to these after a non fault accident claim... They collected quickly and had my car back within 2 weeks, great! Or not so great they have literally done cosmetic repairs on the vehicle that is it, my car failed its MOT today on an anti roll bar drop link to the front passenger side, I bet you can guess where my car was hit.... Anyway I also had an issue with my electrics which the "engineer" Geoff refused to admit could be anything other than the indicator stalk and despite there being no issues with my vehicle prior to the accident he wrote to the insurance and told them it was completely unrelated... Guess what Geoff it was fuses.
