I was sent here by my Insurance company to repair a dent in my car roof. I was nervous as some reviews weren't great and I didnt want to be without my car for a long time. There was initially a long wait for them to take my car but the service after that was excellent. They arranged to pick my car up from my home address, arranged a courtesy car, I had daily updates from their repair team and my car was returned looking new (you can't tell there was ever a dent) and the paint work is a complete match. I'm really happy and would definitely use them again!

Staff was really nice and helpful. Despite of the delays, they did a good job on my rear bumper which needed minor work. Unfortunately they damaged my front bumper really badly. It was not a problem for them to admit that one of their employees must have done it on-site by accident, so they took a car again to "fix" front bumper at their cost promising that it will look as new. Again, I had to wait more days than they estimated and the work that they did this time was far from "good". So I spoke to them and showed them pictures before and after and again, they admitted that it doesn't look as it should, so they promised that they will fix that also. They never call back since to fix it.
