Staff are super rude, they refused to give refunds for cloths that have been purchased by ourselves with our money! Ruining the reputation for asian cloth shops. Absolutely disgusting attitude for a small shop. Staff need to learn to not take things like refunds so personally as its not there shop and they are only working a minimum wage with very few perks.. wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here if your really desperate and wanting to wear this brand I would suggest going to Pakistan to purchase as the staff there have a lot more customer sense and wouldn’t cry over refunds. I really hope the staff here get some training and if they still cant bring themselves to be working in such environment they should find another career Thank you

Shopping at Khaadi TRAFFORD CENTRE has been an absolutely awful experience. Not even mentioning the clothes....the air con is "broken" and has been for many months every time I have visited. No maintenance of the store. Eid ul Adha around the corner bringing more customers in- making the store into a hot sweatbox. One out of THREE fitting rooms in use....causing people to try on clothes together to save time from long ques. Other 2 rooms are being used as STORAGE. Just not good enough. I just can't comprehend why there is no other storage facility for stock....customers are being forced to wait long and once they have tried clothes on which they have sweated in...they are being put back on racks for selling. Picked up a kurta which smelt like a long gym workout with no deodorant. I would not be going back there again!!!
