A D1 StarI booked a cleaner for Friday at 1pm. A couple of minutes before 1 I called the office to confirm the person was coming to me. I was told someone was on the way.
15m later no one there yet. Tried calling the office back and went straight to answer machine saying office was closed until Monday.
Nobody ever turned up and no one bothered calling me back to apologise.
