We called these guys after another builder let us down , we needed a fast service due to other work being done and the pointing needed doing urgently. They came early to get started, cleaned up as they went along and did a fantastic job. the house looks perfect now and is all ready for its new windows to be fitted. Thank you again for a fabulous job.

We had a terrible experience with this roofer. They left our chimney in a mess after badly repointing and grinding the whole area was completely discoloured with debris left everywhere. They left a badly perished chimney pot in situ which also caused us major problems. We employed them to fix a leak which was still an issue months despite knowing we had a new baby in the house. I'd been in touch politely with them numerous times since and they'd promised they will come to solve the issues unaddressed but we've been fobbed off every time. We found them dishonest and totally negligent. We've had to employ someone else to rectify the issues caused and/or left outstanding. The experience was a waste of time, energy and money.

I chose KTM to replace shingles on my house and separate garage because they could provide all the services I wanted (asphalt shingles, metal valleys, standing seam metal roof on one part of house, carpentry work to fix rotted roof/siding, new roof fitting around the metal chimney for a wood stove, and new gutters with gutter guards).  Another roofing company said I would have to arrange for everything except shingles and roof deck repair with other providers of my choosing.  In addition, the cost by KTM for the tear off and shingle replacement was 10% lower than the other bidder.  As it turned out, the gutter and gutter guard work was by a subcontractor, Magnum, arranged by KTM and billed though KTM. All contact with the estimator (Richard), the regional supervisor (Edwin), the on-site supervisor (Edgar), and the scheduler/office person (Ashley) was superior.  Phone calls and text messages got quick response; questions were satisfactorily answered. Contacts with the gutter provider were likewise handled well (Malcolm). The schedule for all roofing-related work was met; schedule for gutter work was delayed by lack of the gutter guard materials, but with no ill effects. Installation and knowledge of the various products was very good.  Following completion of the job I noticed 3 rows of shingles on the rear of the garage were crooked.  This was on a "mansard" part of the roof that was nearly vertical, making installation from ladders necessary.  A text message to Richard resulted in removal and replacement of the crooked shingles the next day under the warranty. The repair work was done by the expert regional supervisor. Cleanup of the work site was done as work progressed and was left in excellent condition. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and the whole experience.
