My mum got her hair done here a few weeks ago. She got a full head of highlights - she gets this done at her usual salon with no issues. However here they managed to snap off the ends of her hair. She said she was sat at the back wash for a while and she suspected they'd done something wrong and they also refused to show her the back of her hair when they finished. This meant she had to go to her usual salon and pay another £150 to try and fix this with treatments. Do not trust these so called hairdressers.

The hairdressers are very lovely and brilliant at their job, however the owner provided a bad service for me and refused to deal with my complaint. I wasted a lot of money on the service and received no apology or compromise to resolve. I will still use this hairdressers because of the staff as long as I don’t have to deal with the owner I am ok with that.
