An item was ordered then ended of February, and delivered within time said. However, it was the wrong colour and size.
Eventually, my email was answered, was told to return the wrong item and the correct item will be sent.
Having chasing this up with several emails, through Amazon, I was told if the correct item hadn’t arrived by Monday then ANOTHER will be sent next day delivery.
I emailed to say the item hadn’t arrived on Monday and to please send ANOTHER by next day and attached proof of postage.
A photo of “proof of postage” was attached- but showing the wrong item on the postage label. I emailed, no reply, Iv phoned very rude and not helpful at all.
