PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AND COLLECT ON THE DATE AND TIME AGREED

When booking please take into consideration flight times etc and ensure you have allocated sufficient time to drop off and collect within opening hours. If the flights are early or late in the day, please make sure your dates reflect another night’s stay before or after. 

In the event of animals arriving late or departing early, the full period for which they are booked will be charged. 

Please note that in the event of unforeseeable delays in collecting your pet at the end of your booking, every effort will be made to accommodate them and extra days will be charged at the usual rate.  However if we are unable to accommodate due to new arrivals then it is the owners responsibility to ensure animals are collected on pre-booked date.

Viewings are available via appointment only.

ALL dogs and cats must be vaccinated.  

Owners must produce an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival, which will be photographed by us and kept during your animals stay, along with the animals vets details and emergency contact details.  You will appreciate that no animal suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted. Medication previously prescribed can be continued during your animals stay, please refer to medication protocols below.   

OWNERS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO PROVIDE, SPECIAL, DIET, or PRESCRIPTION FOOD.
