Brilliant the best car dealer I have dealt with, Wayne was really helpful stayed late to help us, after we turned up at 5.55 and decided to buy the car there and then . They even bought us a new parcel shelf as there wasn't one in the car when we looked at it. We also had issues with the air conditioning which they first re-gassed for us but it turned out to be the compressor or something I'm not sure now, this was all replaced and working with no charge and no problems at all . Just a good honest genuine car dealer no pressure and friendly, we have had our car for a few months and we love it . Thankyou to everyone .

Feel like I've been sold a lemon, with issues and it broke down a few weeks after buying. So many issues with the car that should have been clearly stated, and the extended/enhanced warranty they sold seems worthless too, no garages will accept their work because they either have never heard of them, or just won't work with them. Disappointed is an understatement. When it broke down no garage would accept it apart from a main dealer, which the warranty company refused to entertain and so far haven't paid for. Everything had seemed great to begin with.

Full of false promises unprofessional sales manager rude and make things up to suit them to save money or time any fixes are done by a garage behind the showroom that they say is another business wish id recorded conversations would never use again and recommend people stay clear

Bought an Audi for £8000. The car was meant to be all polished ready for the collection day, but it wasn't. A few days after tyres went flat. Pumped them and went flat again. Air con didn't work. Had to go there twice to sort the issue out. After a couple of months the air con doesn't work again and all I was told is that they are very sorry that I feel disappointed!! Surely don't recommend

The company that occupies these premises ATM is actually called Spirit Motor Company (at least on Autotrader). They refused to return my deposit when I decided not to proceed with the purchase. They said I am just being too picky about the paint job they'd done when I explicitly stated, before leaving the deposit, that I'll have too see it before I purchase it because you can always tell if a panel has been painted. They said I wouldn't be able to tell. Well, I was able to tell and they refused to return my deposit. So they'll basically get you to leave a deposit if the car needs any work they'll do it and if you pull out they'll just get you to pay for it. Stay away!
