Lindsey Jenkins1 StarUnfortunately I can not give less than one star as I don’t believe this company deserves even that! Last January I had all my windows and both doors replaced by a local company who source the glass from this company.
I have had numerous problems with them since, including handprints and scratches inside several sealed units, 13 mismatched handles, clear glass sent for one of the four front door panels and several windows where one or more units have the wrong glass.
I have had to chase every inch of the way to get any response and feel I am being strung along! Presumably, being an older woman, recently widowed, Lancs trade frames feel I won’t be inclined to make a fuss so I’m not an important customer.
I appreciate the difficulties posed to businesses by Brexit and Covid but feel I have been more than patient. How can it take a year to put these thing right? They have had their money and don’t care how bad a job they have done!Saturday 8th January 2022

Richard Christopher1 StarHaven't been a customer of this company, however, having had one of their employees block my road whilst delivering in Nottingham, I simply instructed him that I lived there, the man got extremely irate, and soon after was threatening me with extreme physical violence that was witnessed by several of my neighbours!
I guess he thought that as he was delivering in Nottingham, but was based in Lancashire, he could drive away without any consequences..... sorry!

Jill Manley5 StarI had some bi-fold doors with 3 sections, windows, and a normal glazed exterior door fitted by this firm in July 2018 via a Bolton building firm. I am pleased with them all, especially the quality of the bi-fold doors which are awesome. Between ordering and the doors arriving, I was worried about the quality of them as the price was very good. There was no need to be concerned. A year later they still look and operate like new as do all the other windows and doors. I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for them to be manufactured and fitted, but it was worth it. I can thoroughly recommend them.Friday 13th September 2019
