Lovely staff who cannot do enough for my Mother. Cannot fault any of them If we have any concerns, they are all very approachable and go out of their way to make sure everything is ok. The activities that they have going on and the trips out are brilliant, they are not left to sit around looking at one and other Staff even take some of the residents out for trips.Would highly recommend this home if you want the best for your loved ones.

Beautiful care home with beautiful Landscapes and views. The service at home is simple amazing, they take great care of our residents, Everyone is nice and friendly. Im strongly recommend this house. Of course, the house is ready for beautiful family Christmas. ❤️

Both my parents moved in, as a couple, to Lavender Hills at Christmas 2018. At a difficult time for families, the care and respect the staff have shown Betty and Brian, the sense of humour shared, and the support given to me has been outstanding. Our family could not be more grateful. Whilst Brian’s level of care has changed, and his needs are to be met elsewhere, Betty’s new lease of life continues to amaze. She is loved and supported by warmth. Brian is missed and thought of by all staff. A wonderful home for the elderly with the ethics of a family, run by a family.

I called today and I feel lucky as many people don't get to see their love ones the room was split in two with a glass screen and a microphone so you can speak sadly my auntie didn't understand me until we were outside
