Adele Core1 StarJust after my father passed away, my sister took a Lasting Power of Attorney document to be copied and verified. This company charged £100 for this service and insisted on a cash payment. It was only later, when I took his will to be copied and verified and was only charged £5 (the firm, Russell & Russell donated this to a local hospice too) that we realised how much we'd been ripped off. I've spoken to 2 solicitors since, who were again at what we'd been charged. Avoid this firm if this is an indication of their normal practiceMonday 20th September 2021

I've been to many solicitors before but this firm's working style is very different from others.
