I was way out of my comfort zone with a move from Essex to the North West and wanted a company that was professional, efficient, effective and friendly. Hilary was exactly what I needed. She knows the local area well, liaised with me consistently, always took my calls and brought the deal to a satisfactory end. It wasn't always easy but she was unfailingly polite and nothing was too much trouble. Since moving in, the after care service has been exemplary: Hilary has provided me with details of local handymen and other tradespeople. This has helped me settle in and feel comfortable. Its all part of the service and I cannot recommend it highly enough

The sale of my mum's bungalow was a little challenging with the added heartache of her passing away just as we had a buyer. The team at Lawlers in Poynton have been amazing not least because they accompanied a considerable number of viewers before a buyer was found. It’s been a pretty terrible year for myself and my partner after a house purchase with a different estate agents fell through at the 11th hour. Having to pick ourselves back up and start at square one was something we were dreading, but Claire at Lawler's was really helpful when we offered on one of her listings. Unfortunately that house didn’t work out, but we quickly found a better house which we are completing on next week. Angela has been brilliant throughout the whole process, she’s quick to respond to queries and, like Claire, has been very emphatic to our situation. Have also dealt with Hilary a few times and she is also lovely. Now we cannot wait to move in to our new home!
