Lee Bracek Hairdressing opened in September 2008, Lee having been a hairdressing for over 15 years. The salon has grown from strength to strength thanks to hard work, great staff, and a wonderful client base.
We pride ourselves on having created a relaxed and informal atmosphere in which old and new clients feel comfortable within the salon.

I am completely thrilled with how professional & welcoming everyone is, from the thorough consultation straight through to the end result. All of the staff are a huge credit to the name, the owners are incredibly welcoming. Thanks to everyone involved, I now have the cut & colours I wanted to achieve & my only regret is that I didn’t discover this salon sooner. Laura Anderson5 StarThis is better than a 5 star service. I went after another salon made a terrible mess of my hair, I felt uncomfortable even going to work. I attended for a full consultation where everything was explained to me so I understood what would be the most realistic outcome before I actually booked in. Before I attended my appointment I received a confirmation text which really helps if you have a busy diary. On the day of my appointment I was greeted and offered a hot or cold drink. Again everything was explained to me so I fully understood what I was going to achieve, my color treatment began and I was pleased to see that it was how I imagined and what was explained to me. I had a cut with Lee himself and it is exactly the style I wanted. I will continue to go here until I get the final result I want as I know they can make it possible. I will never go anywhere else. Caroline Reid2 StarI called on 13 August in working hours to try to make an appointment but got the answerphone. Left a message but no-one called me back. I then left this brief review as above.
I called again on 25 August and made an appointment for 26 August. On the morning of 26 August I got a call from Lee objecting to my review and saying how busy he was. I explained that I totally understood that they were probably busy and quite rightly had to prioritise existing customers but didn't find it acceptable customer service to not to get a call back in over 12 days.
He then said he wouldn't honour my appointment today as he considered my review could damage his reputation. This does not see it from the customers point of view in any way and is unprofessional. There are plenty of other hairdressers.Wednesday 26th August 2020
