Andrea was my hairdresser, and was really helpful in advising the best thing for my hair and my style that I wanted. It can sometimes be difficult to know how to ask for you hair to be done so it was great feeling when Andrea went through everything and provided different suggestions.

David Cooney5 StarFirst time visiting this barbershop and from start to finish it was a lovely experience. Faz; the gentleman cutting my hair, was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout. A clearly experienced barber as his depth of knowledge was clear to see! He offered advice and guidance with my style of hair in particular and was meticulous with his detail of cut. I have been going to Nav for the last few months and his haircuts are better than any I have ever had before. Very welcoming, very polite ladies. All professionals, Kim was amazing Sarah an Andrea. All such lovely ladies. They do look after you to the full potential at a really reasonable price. Forget the Waxing Studio, forget Brazilian wax company. This is now my main spot!

Emily Pearson1 StarCalled on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for waxing on a Saturday afternoon. Gave them my name and phone number. They confirmed the booking. Show up today, 10min early. They don't have a beautician on site on Saturdays. This was NOT mentioned at all when I called. And they're claiming I wasn't scheduled, which is false. There's "nothing they can do" and they're "so sorry". Unhelpful I now have no way to get any kind of waxing because everywhere else is booked up.
