Mike Bayley1 StarPoor Service. Failed to install on agreed day and at first denied we had placed an order until we explained we'd already paid! When they eventually came to replace the three double glazed units one was broken so had to come back again. They were supposed to repair a window lock, which we told them was seized before placing the order, but they insisted it just need swapping out ... needless to say, they couldn't fix it and have left us in the same position which we started. Wouldn't use this company again or recommend them.Monday 31st January 2022
