Good experience, was able to look round the car at our leisure and salesman was helpful when required. Small problem only found out after purchase was a intermittent horn fault but this was promptly sorted by the company with assistance from the BMW specialist they share a site with. Now roughly 3 months later and still happy with the purchase.

Had a great experience with this company (Matt). No pushy sales, honest, trustworthy and excellent after care. I bought a Volvo XC90 from them and discovered it had a steering fluid leak but hadn't been identified as it had been collecting in the drip tray underneath the car and hadn't left anything on the floor. As I started to drive it, it then became apparent that there was a leak. Matt was very apologetic and got the car straight in and got it sorted hassle free and used genuine Volvo parts. Aftercare is always something to worry about when buying a used car but this company like to do things properly, which was evident from the outset. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the worst experience in buying a car I have ever had. We agreed a price over the phone after viewing it earlier that day. The deal was done, I gave all my details and was half way through giving my card number over the phone for payment, only for the MANAGER to cancel my payment whilst literally on the phone and offered the car to someone who just walked in and interrupted the phone call. I was absolutely lost for words. I have never experienced such an unprofessional approach in business in my life and clearly don’t care about customers, apart from taking your money. I would not trust them at all, and I would strongly recommend NOT buying from them.

I bought a VW Golf from Lincoln Motors 4 weeks ago,customer service was excellent no pushy tactics,seen the car at our own leisure.car was described perfectly on the Ad 3 weeks later car had a problem I phoned Lincoln Motors and it was dealt with professionally.very happy customer
