Zoe Pearman5 StarThis is my partners second respite stay at Linden House. He has complex needs & is cared for in the dementia unit. As both a former nurse & carer, I'm really pleased that he returns home happy & well cared for. He has rapidly deteriorated in other homes. Staff are kind, caring & down to earth. Sally Smithson1 StarI could not add photos to this review as it would upset alot of people safe to say I would not like anyone's family to have to go through what we did. I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this home to anyone who loves their relatives dearly as you will be sorely disappointed CQC are constantly being called about the care given by this home I wouldn't of even given 1 star for what they did my relative is in a much better place now with people who actually care about them and NOT the aesthetics of the buildingMonday 23rd August 2021
Charlene Mcarthur5 StarMy grandma has been in alot of homes over the last few years. Linden house has a very Friendly environment, nice and relaxed feeling. I have found the staff to be attentive and welcoming. The management have a caring outlook and go out of their way to see that the needs of the residents are seen to.
