Visited the cafe here this weekend with my family. What a sham, we waited nearly 2 hours for our food order to come. It never arrived. We kept asking the staff when it would be ready and they kept saying it was on its way when it clearly wasn't. Other customers were moaning about their long waits too. A couple next to us had waited an hour just for scones & tea. It was the Yanks festival day so the cafe was busy, but if they couldn't cope with the demand they should have shut shop. The staff were serving other people before us as well which is very bad manners. All the staff seem to do is run up and downstairs constantly. Its like runaround. I won't be going to this cafe again as the service is beyond poor. Very disappointing.
