Never had a bad experience, the staff are great and cope with the hungry, drunken hoards that arrive in the early hours extremely well! (I've only been after a night out.) Definitely recommend 👌🏻 🍔🍕🍟🌮😊

Fast late night food. Been a few times and always quick and efficient. Food quality is good, could be a bit better but serves its purpose for late night bites

Words cannot truly describe the sheer audacity of these deep fried con artists, but with words I will attempt my best to critique them. Firstly, the food was late, over an hour late. Emails show they attempted delivery 20 minutes before the designated delivery time, which honestly would have been greatly appreciated had it been the case, but no such attempt was made. I rung the head honchos of Loco to enquire what exactly had gone wrong, only to be informed by two separate people that they had attempted to deliver my food and had rung me "like twenty times" with no luck, an amazing feat given seemingly two people were incapable of ringing the correct number, which my call log will defend. One of these guys even went to the trouble of pointing out he was the manager, as though his authority would make me think otherwise of complaining. What a manager, out delivering like a modern day takeaway Saint, a true Prince among paupers. Admittedly however, I'd have found it more noble if not for the fact his apparant abense meant the running of the organisation fell apart. After arguing against an additional £2 cost for re-delivery and being accused of being the guilty party in this situation (imagine, being gas-lit by a lowly burger joint) they magically mustered up the courage to deliver the food again free of charge within 20 minutes at the mention of a refund, so all was well. Well, not quite. See, the food actually arrived 15 minutes past this, and was the wrong order, and was cold. Cold to the point I suspect it was in fact the original order, which arrived over an hour past the original estimated time. So if you like your food to be Rustlers-band quality at triple the price, with a side of attitude, accusation, incompetence, and aggression, then please, order from these absolute philistines. Oh but in his defence, the delivery driver who eventually delivered the order was pretty sound, so props to him. Though I'd advise him to go work for a company not managed by gimps.
