It’s not often that I leave reviews . The service I received at this garage was absolutely appalling. Staff are ignorant to say the least. The whole experience has left me very stressed and anxious. My car was handed back to me dirty. Steering wheel was full of muck and the front of my car was left with a splash of dirty oil. I handed them over a clean car to get it back filthy. I expect my car to be in safe hands and it’s common courtesy to hand back the car clean. Communication is also non existent. Not happy with the service received . I have contacted them Numerous times to make a complaint they never answer or the person on the other end is talking complete gibberish nonsense with absolutely no customer service and bad rapport . Complete waste of time . The repair to my car was a waste of my time and my money . Took it back to the manufacturers which I should have done from the start and was advised the job that was done on my car was a complete shambles. My advice stay well clear .
