Made locally, from all natural ingredients, at our eco-friendly headquarters near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester, every batch we produce is hand-made, fermented for a minimum of three weeks, and is always 100% raw and unpasteurised.

Bonglecat2 StarOnly tried the Kimchi but this is NOT kimchi, it is Sauerkraut with Cayenne pepper added to make it super spicy not the normal Kimchi flavour at all. The cabbage is even shredded like Sauerkraut not chopped as Kimchi would be. However the jar does say this is a Western interpretation of Kimchi. I would say a very very loose interpretation at that.
