Peter Sidebotham2 StarI visited this chippy on a Friday night, even thou I’ve lived in this area for 20 years I’ve never actually visited this place..
Unfortunately I found this chippy completely unorganised, they seem to be focused so much on telephone/internet orders that when I ordered 1 chips, 1 gravy and 2 sausages that were plainly insight ready to be served I found myself sat waiting for nearly 20 minutes to be given them, I even asked if they’d forgotten about me which I got the reply “wait for chips!” .. there were plenty of chips there when I ordered!
Good business sense would be to have a member of staff on the counter and during quiet periods works on the delivery’s… this is what similar Chinese chippys do in the area (Sue’ and Happy Star).
A good note … the food was nice but I’ll not be coming back as I hate bad service.Monday 21st February 2022
