Lucky Wok

Amazing as always, salt and pepper dishes are delicious and very good portion sizes! Never had a single dish from here that I didn't like. Delivery was fast and they even remembered to not include prawns when I'd forgotten to ask when ordering now that is what I call customer service! The nice lady called me up just to check as I always ask for no prawns...little touches like this is why we always choose Lucky Wok as our go to Chinese takeaway. I would give more stars if I could. We've always ordered from here and the food is always hot, tasty and promptly delivered However tonight it wasn't as good, was also 25mins after the estimated delivery time meaning it took 1hour 15 to arrive without apology Think we may try somewhere else next time

Ordered from here tonight food was absolutely delicious. Me and my husband had set meal with starters was great delivery and piping hot when it arrived. Definitely my new chinese without a doubt !

Not ordered from this Takeaway before as we live in Urmston. The food was delicious and turned up on time. Had the House special Curry. The meat was lovely and tender, plenty of it as well, Will definitely order again. Thankyou !

In terms of food, I am yet to find better Chinese food in the surrounding area. In terms of service it has always been professional. Delivery has always been on time and order has always been correct. My no longer using Lucky Wok stems from a personal perspective. We would order from here on a weekly basis, minimum once a week (some may say that is way too much take out) but that is how good the food is, but on the last occasion I attempted to place an order for delivery, I was advised that on that occasion we lived too far away. Of course if we were that hungry we could have collected the food ourselves, however going from regular customers to the way were treated unfortunately has resulted in us finding another establishment, reluctant to return go Lucky Wok, & has brought my rating from 5star to 3star.

Where to start with this place! First of all the fact it took over an hour to deliver, which is made even more outstanding due to the fact we live less than 10 minutes down the road from this place. Secondly, when our food did eventually arrive, the chips were cold and hard! Then when we rang to tell them of this, they were abrupt and rude and reluctantly brought us a 'fresh' portion. Finally, the chicken was chewy, the chips were still disgusting and to sum it all up, the curry sauce was like cement mix! Without a doubt, the most disgusting takeaway I have ever had in my life!
