Shocking service. Pre ordered a taxi early morning for 11pm. Was told they would book it in for 1130pm to be safe we agreed. At 1145pm was told it would be a minimum of 45 mins because of Ramadan and busy traffic. Shocking. If someone pre orders then you arrange for the taxi to be there for the agreed time! Disgusting treatment

Highly recommend Lynch Taxis, since using them a few years after being recommended ourselves, we have always used them, Mcr City centre back to Stalybridge and it's never been a problem for them to come and collect us and go out of their way.. always use the meter and never more than £20 for the journey, the driver tonight Mario (601) was a star, cheers

As a business its important we use a taxi firm we can trust. Lynch are great. We use them to collect customers from the airport and train station and bring them to us. Regularly our customers comment on the friendly drivers and good service they receive. We have just started using their new app as well, just like Uber so you can keep up to speed with where your driver is. Keep up the good work guys!

DISGUSTING SERVICE! AVOID! Booked a taxi via the app from the Parklife pickup point to our hotel 15 mins away. Booking confirmed on app then when I rang at pick up time to check it was coming they told me I would have to walk to another location which was 1 HOUR AWAY!!! I told the man on the phone that I should have been told if my booking was not available instead of it being confirmed and his words were ‘you booked it on the app, who did you expect to tell you?’ I had to kindly remind him that I had entered my mobile number into the app and another taxi company had rang me following a booking to inform me that they were not picking up. His tone of voice was very rude and not at all understanding. I would never in a million years book a a taxi with this company as they obviously do not take any care or responsiliry towards their customers!
