Jiaxue Zhao1 StarBooked a taxi for 1PM through the app, everything paid for and confirmed. At 10 past 1 I gave them call because they were late, guy on the phone just said they couldn't do it, cancelled the ride and hung up on me without apology. Totally ruined my plans as had to rebook elsewhere and ended up really late. If they had to cancel, they could have at least let me know before 1:00, but no...I had to phone to find this out. Brian Castleman5 StarPicked up on time again and arrived ok with another friendly driver. This time though got to the airport and then realized had left my mobile at home. Called Lynch went round and picked my phone up and delivered to me at airport. Great service from the receptionist and the driver who kept me informed. Thanks for saving my holiday. I told the driver and phone dispatch to reconfirm
All OK or was it
14.40 came and went placed several calls to be told repeatedly cab would be there in 4 minutes or 3 minutes.
Cab eventually arrived over half an hour late 15.12 and the driver they sent didn't know where the m602 was

N3RD 01 StarI rang at 11pm for a taxi.....they told me no problem,15 mins.... I waited outside for this taxi in The middle of nowhere and every time I rang to ask where it was,they apologised and said its 7 mins away....ended up getting an uber [which I never use]...got a phone call whilst in the uber saying the taxi was here.....this was 1.30 hours after taxi was supposed to arrive. Local taxi firms need to be real with their timings and not just lie to customers to ensure they get their money.....Good job your taxi didn't take me cos my £25 fare I would've only paid £10. What a joke!
Taxi should really pay me for my time....waiting an hour an half for an imaginary taxi.........you owe me a out £25 quid guys......please get in touch about how you will pay meMonday 13th June 2022
Anna A1 StarI understand current challenges, but taking bookings you are unable to fulfil, just not turning up, and massively letting people down who then miss appointments/sessions/meetings is unscrupulous. Come on Lynch taxis - sort it out or lose your reputation.Wednesday 14th September 2022
