Brian1 StarVisited at 7:40 pm. Had members of staff shouting across the shop floor get go to the tills as they were closing soon.
By 7:50 the lights around the snacks area had been turned off possibly causing a trip hazard and it was not possible to read the labels on the products because it was so dark.
By 7:55. The shouting across the store had now happened 4 times.
By 8pm we were through the tills.
Tried calling them on the local store number indicated on the receipt but this is misrepresented. All calls end up at call centre in South Africa and not at the store.
Regardless of the calls ending in South Africa and the number called being for the Prestwich store. Matters were made worse when they stated that they only deal with on line sales!!
Really horrendous customer service and being intimidated to get over to the tills because the store closes in 20 minutes is not acceptable.
