Please bring your photo ID and confirmation email to the store and show them to a member of staff to collect your item.If somebody else is picking up the item(s) on your behalf, please ensure that they have the confirmation email and a copy of your photo ID. You will have 10 days to collect your item. If this is not possible, please contact the store to arrange an alternative. We offer a 28 day returns policy. You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they're in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes items that have been personalised for you, any toiletries, underwear, swimwear, opened mattresses, refurbished items and clearance items marked with a red dot. You can return unused items to any of our stores, no matter if you bought it online. Alternatively you can post your items to our Support Centre*: Mamas & Papas Returns, Colne Bridge Road, Huddersfield, HD5 0RH We can also arrange for our recommended courier to collect your items at a charge of £40. To arrange a collection please call our Customer Care team on 0345 268 2000. No return charges will be incurred if a product has arrived damaged or faulty. *Please be aware, we are unable to pay for postage in this instance.

This was our first visit to this store as we are due only in January. Nida was extremely helpful, informative and shown us all the things what we should look for in all the equipment what we will need for our baby. Although we haven't purchased anything and we stated this at the beginning she still spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. I can only recommend this store and we will definitely revisit it closer to our due date.

Just wanted to thank Steph W at the Trafford center store for all her help! She was absolutely amazing and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and talked us though all our options for a new pram. She made sure it suit both mummy’s needs for looks and baby’s need for comfort. She really is an assist to your company and offered amazing old fashioned customer service.

Nice selection of things but staff were unhelpful. Asked to be shown how a side cot (which comes with a travel bag) could be folded down for travel, as we were considering purchasing it. We were then told by another member of staff, "we don't demonstrate that in store because it takes too long/it's more complicated than it looks". By contrast, staff at John Lewis couldn't do enough for us. The lady we dealt with also told us that they've had numerous customers come in telling them Mamas & Papas were rubbish. Says it all really...

An empty shop. 3 people behind the counter looking at their phones and not one of them even acknowledged us. The last time we came to this store there was a great guy (pink hair) who was incredibly friendly; it was early in our pregnancy so we wanted to wait but we came back because we remembered how helpful he was. All his hard work was undone by the staff they have now. Terrible. We went and spent a small fortune elsewhere.
