Willing to answer all questions and go above and beyond to help (including ordering Subway for us while we sorted out the insurance!) I bought an Audi q3 from this place, looked lovely, but I had a minor issue on the way back, nothing major, let them know and they assured me they will sort, a few weeks later the car was shaking hard under any acceleration so it was took to a VAT Registered garage with a quote to repair sent to the dealer and warranty company, warranty company refused payout, the car had a few issues but the main one was the driveshaft needed replacing as it was extremely worn (must of had a dodgy MOT & not checked properly before handover) the dealer asked me if I could get the driveshaft quoted from a cheaper place or private mechanic, so I did, it was £295 which was sent to the dealer and he agreed he would pay it, so I got the work done, since then the dealer has refused to pay the mechanic for the work and has blanked my calls/messages since, he answered once and said he shouldn’t have to pay it and it’s down to the warranty that he provided himself, none of which is to my own doing so I’ll be taking it further because out of 5/6 issues with the car I’ve only asked for one thing to be done/paid for, he agreed and then acted like a child ignoring me and not taking any responsibility From buying this car and discovering the main issue I had done 200 miles. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone Cars aren’t inspected before sale MOT’s are dodgy ones Customer care is not priority Customer service is awful once the sale has completed

My daughter and I have were looking for an aygo as its her dream car. We saw this on auto trader and it looked perfect. It was an absolute bargain as its in mint condition, the colour she wanted and only 8 years old. Phoned up at lunch time today, 6 hours later its on my driveway - he drove it up himself after locking up. Brilliant service, brilliant car. My daughter absolutely loves it, cannot recommend this place enough. Thought I better update this review,new clutch within a month of buying the car so got it in for a service to check it over,chassis is bent,crack in the chassis,new brake discs and now the ac has packed in so I'm about a £1000 in atm and after sorting the chassis and ac will probably be close to another 1000. Do I feel ripped off?lol just a bit.any car sales would've known the problems with this car,stay clear. Forgot to add I did a search on the history of the car and it had been previously written off.

Genuinely the best garage experience I've ever had! Really took care of us as we bought my mother in law's car, which she loves, quick to fix any small issues we had within warrantee period. No pushy sales or feeling uncomfortable, just brilliant service from Ayaz from start to finish - likely to start using him for services/MOTS now as we know we won't be ripped off and that he's a genuine guy. The whole experience has made us want to trade in our car there when the time comes! Thanks Ayaz, brilliant work 👏

Highly satistified. Purchased a fabulous Skoda Octavia, salesman was very genuine and knowledgeable throughout virtual tour. Car was delivered to South Wales on time and was exactly what we were expecting. My family are overwhelmed with our new purchase, Thank you once again.
