We're absolutely delighted with the finished results from Nev at NMB and his team. NMB are a breath of fresh air after dealing with many tradesmen over the years. From the first email enquiry which was responded to quickly, the subsequent quote which was delivered as promised and then the actual work which was top class. The team always left the house clean and tidy and were pleasant and helpful always. We're so happy we made the right decision, we can't recommend Nev enough to anyone and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again.

We have had issues in the past with other building companies so we were obviously concerned with what we could expect in relation to the quality of work, value for money and reliability of North Manchester builders. We needn’t have worried Nev and the Team were 1st class throughout. We are very pleased with our new decking. Ben worked very hard throughout the very trying heat wave conditions; he was extremely polite, friendly and fully understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered it and more. Chris was as equally professional with Roofing works that were carried out. Nothing was too much trouble and any outstanding issues were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using north Manchester builders again and will recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job done.

I was looking to renovate my new family home whilst living in Hong Kong at the time and needed someone trustworthy to remodel the house exactly how we wanted. We wanted to create an open plan kitchen and diner by knocking through a wall and adding in new skylights, specific design to my wife’s specifications where she wanted an island, completely renovated and remodelled my bathrooms and replastered the whole house and have my home rewired. Nev from NMB gave me that level of confidence and comfort in one meeting where he took the time to break out work, costs and schedules. He worked with us across an 8hr time zone difference over FaceTime, whatsapp and email where the end result was spectacular. His cost did not go up from his estimate and he accommodated for additional that came up, his ‘swings and roundabouts’ as Nev calls it. An honest, trustworthy individual with integrity. Something I needed in a building company which I found with Nev and his team. I hear so many stories of dodgy builders leaving half way through after getting annoyed with owners or just absconding. Experienced none of this with Nev and his team where they worked with us and saw things through. Living 1000’s of miles away from where the work was being carried out naturally caused a lot of anxiety and stress. But Nev did amazing with putting us at ease throughout the several months work was being carried out. Of course there were hiccups and miscommunications as you would expect in any large sized project, but where Nev differentiated was he would see it through and make the adjustments, alterations and accommodate the changes to get our home exactly how we wanted it. Nev has our Dekton piece for our island popup socket cut three times until it was perfect and lined exactly as required. No shortcuts taken! Nev gave lots of suggestions and advice throughout and he gave us a great first time experience of working with builders which has set the bar very high. I would not use anyone else if you want the quality workmanship, and the reliability of a building team that has integrity. Ben, Rob and Ross have done a great job with ensuring we were able to move in by Christmas. Really thankful for your work and hopefully any more work will be a lot easier with being in the same time zone. I would highly recommended Nev, the patience and the professionalism was a different standard to any builders we have come across. Already recommended him to family, wouldn’t use anyone else. .

A year ago we took on a badly neglected Edwardian house that needed much attention. NMB have helped us with nearly every aspect of our renovation project, demonstrating a high quality of workmanship and excellent customer care. They have almost become partners in our project. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.
