I would like to provide the feedback about the recent interaction I had with the company and I must say the operator called Anthony was extremely rude over the phone. He was talking over me and put the phone down on me twice. I called up with the query that the report has not been received and he was very rude and raising his voice saying the payment was not clear so I didn't get the report. Upon asking that he could say this politely and did not need to raise his voice he kept talking over me. They also asked me to pay In the personal account before but I asked them that I will only pay in business account.
