Mike Lathwood1 StarOrdered food told no steak puddings for 20 mins. Changed my order to accommodate that. Four customers waiting for their orders in the shop having paid, and told fresh chips were being cooked, which was fair enough, when an Uber driver came in with an order and that took priority over customers waiting in the shop. Once that order went out, we then were told they were very sorry but we would have to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked as they had only put two fryers on. Entered the shop
At 6pm finally got my order at 6.40pm. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. Asked if Uber orders take preference over customers attending the shop in person and was told this was the case.Sunday 2nd October 2022
