The polish man was great man he is top man. They need to get more people on the the phone calls bc u have to ring 1000 times until she picks the phone . Wouldn’t even give 4 star if the polish man wasn’t there .

They work for AA at times however after I waited for 2 hours when my car had broken down, they never arrived yet told AA that they had looked around for me and called, this never happened. A complete lie which ultimately ruined my day. Awful.

Not the friendliest of places. Kept waiting in the rain outside the gates due to an IT glitch. What would have been the harm in letting us wait in reception out of the rain?

Makes you wait outside the closed gates and you have to pass your documents through the bars of the gate. No one picks up when you call. Had to call 101 for further assistance regarding my stolen vehicle as the garage staff themself were of no help. 101 tried to ring them but they couldn't get through. In the end, the staff took my phone inside the building to speak to 101 whilst I was still waiting outside! Rude and terrible customer service.

Had an issue, took a bit longer than it should’ve to sort out but was sorted in full in the end. Would recommend working on customer support as was starting to be ignored at one point but all it takes is 30 seconds to assure the person it’ll all get sorted.
