Wow WHY HAVE THESE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN ALREADY???? Just like below totally RIPPED OFF! Illegal MOTS, UNROADWORTHY. DEATHTRAPS!!!!!! Sold me a Ford Kuga 12 months ago. My first car! Within a week there was an oil leak, they collected and so called the filter simply hadn't been clipped in properly so out of courtesy they replaced the filter and clips and brought back. (They actually never replaced anything) but i had no problems since. UNTIL I took it for its MOT last week to find out that i have been driving it on an illegal MOT with 6 majors and many minors putting my family others at massive risk! It is more than unsafe, steering rack needs replacing, the drivers side wheel is so insecure when the cars on the ramp you can wobble it around EASILY, ignored power steering an coolant leaks. THEY DRILLED THROUGH AND CABLE TIED THE RIGHT HEADLIGHT UP (aim to high, FAIL. Insecure, FAIL) THATS THE LEVEL THERE WORK IS AT!! And with advice from the mechanic to not bother fixing it and replace the car completely says it all!!!! Currently stuck with a car I can't afford to have fixed and holds a value of 650£ as stands after 12 months and paying 5000£. Steer clear excuse the pun, but seriously avoid all dealing with these scum bags no intention of offering a service or the healthy car you pay! Currently seeking legal advice and reported to trading standards. I can't get hold of them on any number and they have recently changed the business name since people started realising they had been ripped off. Dodgy dodgy dodgy! Disappointed IS an understatement.

Bought an Audi A4 Avant, USAFE AND ILLEGAL FALSE MOT you said your boss had done work to the suspension on the drivers side for it’s MOT. Well as it was knocking I took it to a garage and they have just rang me to tell me that who ever did the work has butchered it. Drilled holes into it and nut and bolted it together, they have also cracked the aluminium hub. This is very dangerous and as such is an MOT failure. This is going to cost over £1000 to be repaired, The car was given an illegal and false MOT. Following on from this the mechanic has given me a list of items that are faulty on the car… all of which are what the car failed it’s MOT on before you sold it to me. You also told me the cam belt had been changed and the car had been serviced. Neither of these have been done either. So that's another few hundred pounds. What are you going to do about this before I seek legal advice for providing cars with illegal and false MOTs And false advertising?

100% unhappy with Marel Motors in Manchester. Have had to report them to Trading Standards and are now taking legal action – they sold me a dud car with a rubbish warranty in October 20. Had issues from day one. Bodged it to ‘fix’ it and sent us away with a dangerous car putting myself and my family at risk. The car should have been scrapped not sold!! And it seems we are not the first buyers to have had to consider legal action. Worst service ever. Will never use them again and will never recommend them. Don’t be fooled by their claims online – the owner couldn’t care less. Use at your risk!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! I bought a car with 12 months MOT and it's not road worthy. I took it back and the owner REFUSED to give my my money back which he legally is obliged to do as I rejected the car within a week. Now I am having to go down the legal route to get my money back. Untrustworthy, arrogant and dangerous. I'd give him minus stars if I could. Save yourself time and money and buy a car from a decent place.

Communication is fast and relevant. Lets you inspect the car as long as you want and guide you on a 5minute test drive. If any issues or faults found quickly after purchase, they will put it in their garage and fix it no charge
