I shop here regularly and find the staff helpful and very knowledgeable when asking advice. Very well stocked shop… definitely worth a visit!! 😀

The own or women who works in this shop is behaving illegally and does not respect the hidden disabilities act or The U.K. Equality Act 2010. No mask no entry policy is extremely blunt with no exceptions. 2 years into a pandemic and still fails to understand we have millions of people unable to wear face coverings for many many reasons. This policy is completely discriminatory and very disappointing. I imagine this shop would love to have the sign up "no vax no entry" too if they could. Plenty of other health food shops around with a greater understanding of people's health. Generic response I've seen on here.. its about protecting venerable customers, what about the venerable ones your cutting of with your policy? very disappointed to have this in marple.

Very disappointing visit. Firstly asked to wear a mask when its no longer a legal requirement, very hostile about it too. Was excempt prior to the law changing so followed along with that even though I'm no longer required to say why I'm excempt or even that I am anymore! then told I need to santize then, usually when I have incountered this people are very understanding and welcoming but not this this, this women was rude and judgemental and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The fact its a health shop she should be more like minded to realise not all problems you can see in a person. Im 5 months pregnant suffering with server hyperemesis, I have daily medication just to make it through the day. A mask makes my nausea 10 times worse and I don't need to be judged by anyone for that. Then said never-mind ill go somewhere else and she seemed extremely pleased by this and said thankyou bye. Extremely disappointing service, please check the law and your Manor towards customers who may be struggling through something you can not visably see.

I've been coming here for years, the staff are very helpful and friendly and there's always a good selection of wholefoods including my favourite vegan chocolates. They have done an excellent job in adapting to the current crisis which I find very reassuring. I will definitely continue to shop here.
