Very bad agency never go to Maya Properties they had all my money £1,400 even though I didn't stay and handed the keys in the office same day I cancelled as the property wasn't suitable for my 2 year old son who runs out of the property as it dose not have a front porch or a garden instead step out its a main road and a busy traffic which was a risk for my child. I didn't stay they took 1 month rent and even my deposit £650 which was meant to come back to me. There was no damage what so ever to the property. They are just liars! And wanted to keep all the money. The agents and the landlord are very Dodgy people and very Unprofessional. Not a good company. I would not recommend Maya Properties.

I rented a house through maya properties. My partner was asked to pay upfront deposit and we were told we would get this back. However once we left the property we lost more then half of our deposit due to faults to the house that was already there. When we bought this up with kamal he brushed us away saying we will receive the full amount. They are just a bunch of liars. They spoke about maintenance of the house when they couldn’t come and fix broken fences. Fix up.
