Eddie Gorman5 StarHave been looked after by Mayday for best part of 2 years, I can say from the Bottom of my Heart, I am cared for properly and with dignity, they promote my independence, I can only say for BL3 and BL1 carers, but Danni and Naila are fabulous, kind and compassionate. Would recommend Mayday without hesitation. And to confirm I am a service user not a family member, so I deal with these guys 4 times a day 7 days a week. Thanks guysThursday 13th May 2021
Tracy Powis1 StarWould not recommend this company to anyone (mayday). They lose time sheets so can’t back up their hours then over charge their elderly customers (luckily I have photo evidence) Took it up with Bolton Council and won ! They pretend to clock out on the house phone and are not actually doing (as they didn’t have correct number) Bolton council are looking into them carefully. Unhappy with the service my grandad received . Sacked them off. Manager customer service is appalling !Saturday 27th March 2021
