In the queue of the drive thru the other day, I watched the man in front of me try to give the code for his app order. The girl kept hearing it wrong. He remained patient and polite, but she got it so wrong she had to put him on hold and go get help. I switched my engine off, thinking it might help her hear him better. She came back on and explained she'd have to redo his order manually. He still remained patient and smiling, gave her his order again and commented he'd lose his points on the app now. In all this had taken about 5 minutes. (not that long I hear you say) but bear in mind this was the drive thru and giving the code for his online order should have made it seconds not minutes. We both moved forward, my turn to give my code, his to collect his order. I heard him say, I'll just have to reorder then, and he left with receiving his food. When I pulled up to collect my food. I complained on his behalf, they said the headset the girl was using made it very difficult to hear, so it wasn't her fault. I suggested 2 options, get a better headset or send someone out in person to take orders. This was just ignored.

Same store run by kids just a different location. No customer experience thought of.......several times I've joined the queue at the drive in to be told they don't have instock what I want, to then have to wait behind people waiting to pay and collect their food. Wouldn't take much to put a sign before you enter the drive thru.....not just this store others may put signs up but located at the order point when it's too late not to join the queue......not rocket science.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star but had no choice. Absolute joke, worst McDonald’s ever. Never get the orders right, had to drive back a few times. Chips are always cold. Staff look at you like you’re stupid when you tell them they have not got the order right. Very rude staff indeed. Will never use this one again, sort your staff out, my kids could do better

I never got half my order my grandchildren was upset baby bever got her milk with happy meal my mum only wanted the smoothie never arrived chips were cold like rubber never got my drink with my meal will think twice about ordering again !!!!!sad

Burger looked thrown together it was so spread out the top bun was not actually over the bottom bun at all, like when someone spreads a deck of cards out.... But it's maccys so I still enjoyed it.
