Jef D1 StarFelt really pressurised into buying an item by both of the staff, proper hardcore sales tactics, took it back the next day as it didn't fit, they refused a refund, this goes against everything good about independent businesses and the law. They really embarrassed me In the shop, even phoning the owner to ask if they could give a refund and she said no. They did not say no refunds on sale items when I bought it. They should have said.
