Mobeen Hassan1 StarSpent over £130+ on baby boy helium balloons collected at 4pm only for them to be on the floor early hours the next day. Waste of money so disappointing. Shame i have to give them 1 star. Called and explained what had happened and simply told they cant guarantee the balloons will stay up. I was not told of this guarantee-all helium latex balloons i have purchased from other shops have lasted way longer than a 12 hours!!!! DisgustedMonday 27th September 2021
SAM KHAN1 StarHorrible people, avoid at all cost! Pursches various baloons, gift bags & cards for a new babay being born, The ballon we paid extra for having prints on them. Spent £70+. There was a bouquet purchased with a tedy and baloon attached to it, the ballon was printed on. I went to collect just before the shop closed. Put it in my car safely and driving down the road one of the ballons popped. Went back to the shop but there were closed (earlier then online times) so i went back the next day. Explained to them that i bought this bouquest which alone was £30 as it came with a teddy box etc.. only the ballon popped which i wouldnt even mind paying for again, the lady was so rude swearing and spitting whiles talking, WOW its like i was being treated worse then a thief! Was totally belitted and humiliated by her. i felt abused by them and with utter disappoinment left it on her counter and walked out! Sheer disappointment!Thursday 17th December 2020
